- Contractor Credentials: CSLB license number, trade type/classification, insurance certification status, company name, and company website
- Project Details: Service addresses, project descriptions, urgency levels, and preferred contact methods
- Photos & Media: Project images, profile photos, cover photos, and uploaded documentation
- Referral Information: How you heard about GagaLeads
- Reviews & Feedback: Ratings, survey responses, and written reviews
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps of interactions
- Authentication Tokens: Secure session tokens stored via Supabase Auth
- Local Storage: User preferences, dismissed notifications (e.g., beta welcome banner), and UI state
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- Payment Card Details: We never store, process, or have access to your credit card numbers, CVV, or bank account information. All payments are handled exclusively by Stripe.
- Social Security Numbers
- Precise GPS Location: We use ZIP code-based service areas, not GPS tracking

- Matching Requesters with qualified, licensed Contractors based on trade type and service area
- Processing account registration, authentication, and verification
- Managing lead assignment, delivery, and marketplace mechanics
- Processing subscription billing and credits through Stripe
- Sending service notifications: lead alerts, assignment updates, project status changes, and completion surveys
- AI-powered image classification and trade type detection (see Section 5)
- Content moderation to maintain platform quality and safety
- Improving and personalizing the Platform experience

- Platform analytics and business reporting (aggregated, non-identifying data)
4. Marketing Consent (TCPA Compliance)
By checking the consent box during signup, you expressly agree to the following:
- Multi-Channel Communication: You consent to receive marketing and informational communications from GC Ventures LLC and its partners via telephone, SMS/text messages, email, and in-app notifications.
- Automated Systems: You acknowledge that these communications may be sent using automated dialing systems, pre-recorded voices, or automated messaging platforms.
- Types of Messages: Lead alerts, assignment notifications, project updates, completion surveys, promotional offers, and platform announcements.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your preferences, service activity, and lead volume. You will not be billed by us for messages, but standard carrier rates may apply.
- Opt-Out: You can opt-out of SMS at any time by replying "STOP." For email, use the unsubscribe link. You may also manage notification preferences in your dashboard settings.
- Not a Condition: Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
5. AI Processing & Automated Decision-Making
GagaLeads uses custom-tuned Google Gemini AI models with epsilon decay optimization and multiple custom acting agents to enhance the Platform. Your data may be processed by these AI systems for the following purposes:
- Image Classification: Uploaded project photos are analyzed to automatically detect and suggest the appropriate trade type (e.g., electrical, plumbing, roofing)
- Content Moderation: Photos and descriptions are screened for inappropriate, NSFW, or off-topic content
- Lead Quality Assessment: Incoming leads are evaluated for completeness and quality
- Platform QA: Automated agents test platform functionality to ensure reliability
AI-generated results are advisory. Our team may review and override any automated classification or moderation decision. Your data is processed through secure API connections and is not used to train third-party AI models.
6. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the Platform:

Between matched Requesters and Contractors, limited contact information (name, phone number, trade type, project details) is shared to facilitate the service connection. This sharing is the core function of the Platform.
7. Cookies & Local Storage
GagaLeads uses browser localStorage (not traditional tracking cookies) to:
- Maintain your authenticated session (Supabase auth tokens)
- Remember UI preferences (dismissed banners, notification settings)
- Store form progress during multi-step signup flows
We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or retargeting technologies.
8. Data Retention
- Active Accounts: Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active.
- Deleted Accounts: Upon account deletion, your personal data (profile, auth records, contact info) is permanently removed. Lead records may be retained in anonymized form for business reporting.
- Inactive Accounts: Accounts inactive for an extended period may be flagged for review. We will attempt to contact you before any data removal.
- Legal Obligations: Certain data may be retained longer if required by law, regulation, or legitimate business need (e.g., tax records).

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information:
- All data transmitted via HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Authentication managed through Supabase Auth with encrypted password storage
